Family Office Gen-Nex Awards 2026

Indian Family Office Gen-Nex Leaders 2026

Priwexus proposes the creation of the “Indian Family Office Gen-Nex Leaders 2026 List,” a definitive, global, and highly curated ranking of the most influential and innovative next-generation leaders (ages 25-45) from family offices, ultra-wealthy families, and family-controlled enterprises. Moving beyond traditional power lists based solely on net worth, this initiative will identify the individuals who are actively reshaping capital, driving transformative impact, and pioneering the future of legacy in the 21st century.

The List will be more than a ranking; it will be the cornerstone of an annual research publication, a prestigious awards gala, and a curated community platform. This multi-platform initiative is a testament to Priwexus’s authority at the intersection of generational transition, next-gen innovation, and the evolving definition of success in global family capital.

The global wealth transfer is accelerating, with an estimated $18 trillion expected to pass to the next generation in the next decade. This generation (“Gen Nex”) is not merely inheriting wealth; they are redefining it. They are:

  • Catalysts of Change: Deploying capital into venture, impact investing, Web3, and sustainability.
  • Architects of Modern Legacy: Balancing traditional stewardship with disruptive innovation.
  • Bridge Builders: Navigating complex family dynamics, governance, and the integration of personal purpose with family capital.

Methodology & Governance

Nomination Process: A combination of confidential submissions from a global network of single family office principals, top-tier law firms, private banks, MFOs, and previous honorees, plus an open, vetted application portal.

Priwexus Research & Vet: A dedicated internal team will conduct deep-dive due diligence on all candidates.

Independent Grand Jury: A 5-7 member jury comprising revered family patriarchs/matriarchs, esteemed academics, former statepersons, and iconic entrepreneurs. The jury will make final selections.

Ethics & Transparency: Clear guidelines on conflicts of interest. No fee for entry or ranking.

Nomination:

Entry can be through self or third-party nominations.

Entries made via our website are anonymous, secure and details are not shared with third party organizations. There is no cost associated with any part of accepting a nomination or receiving an award and entries can withdraw at any time.

Evaluation:

All nominees are assessed on the following 2 parameters:

Merit- The overall professional track record and evidence of recent accomplishments to convince our in-house research team and the Jury that a nominee is worthy. We use a combination of primary and secondary research techniques to acquire both qualitative and quantitative data depending on its relevance to the program. In addition to our research, we invite nominees to submit substantiating evidence. By providing this evidence nominees gain the opportunity to submit information that may not be found in the public domain or on the nominees’ website; therefore, this can form an important part of the entry process. A formal document is produced by us, the publisher, to collate this information; however, our research team accepts file types in most common formats.

Number of Nominations- The value of endorsement by industry peers and competitors is unmatched. Nominees who are respected in public and envied in private are the ones we are looking for. The total number of nominations received by an individual is a pivotal factor in this campaign.
