We are excited to work with such a special site and think the wines we have produced so far from this plot will age well in the cellar for years to come

The fact that the vines are grown on north-facing slopes gives incredible freshness and imparts a minerality and elegance to the Marsanne grape comparable with that found in a Hermitage white

1990 Luis Pato Vinhas Velhas Branco, Beiras, Portugal Fangareggi Les Cras isThe second ever vintage of VV Branco. This wine is a roughly equal parts blend of Bical, Cercial, and Maria Gomes, fermented and aged in french oak barrels for about 9 months, then held at the winery in bottle for about 30 (!) years. Incredible balance of salted pineapple, and mango, white tea, and wildflowers. Has aged like great dry Riesling!
